Confessions for your marriage
As for me and my household, we serve the Lord. I serve the Lord, (my spouse) serves the Lord, and my children serve the Lord. Jesus is Lord over my household. (Joshua 24:15)
I exercise the fruit of the spirit with (my spouse); I demonstrate love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, goodness, and self-control toward (him/her). (Galatians 5:22)
No weapon formed against my marriage shall prosper; every tongue that rises against my family in judgment I condemn. (Isaiah 54:17)
Jesus is Lord over my marriage; (my spouse) and I are of one flesh. The Lord has joined us together; therefore no man can separate us. (Mark 10:9)
God's righteousness in on my marriage. (My spouse) and I are of one mind in Christ Jesus. We are equally yoked together as believers. (Romans 12:16, 2 Corinthians 6:14)
I have unconditional love for (my spouse). I have complete and total patience with (him/her). My household is free from strife, bitterness, envy, jealousy, complaining, hatred, malice, slander, offence, and unforgiveness. I walk in love with (my spouse) and I am a blessing to (him/her). (Ephesians 4:31; 1 Peter 2:1)
I honour (my spouse); I am faithful and loving toward (him/her). I think and speak the best of (my spouse) at all times. I support (him/her), respect (him/her), and I love (him/her) as I love myself. I see (my spouse) as Jesus sees (him/her); I see (him/her) through eyes of grace. (Mark 12:31)
We walk in the blessing and favour of the Lord. Our marriage is prosperous and blessed because the Lord is with us, and He has perfected everything that concerns us. (Psalm 138:8)
I have the mind of Christ and I deal wisely in all the affairs of my life,
including my marriage. I walk in Godly wisdom for my marriage (1
Corinthians 2:16)
